Maybe I should try creatine

When I was a child everybody advised me to take up some sport. They told me that I got the physical conditions to play basketball one day. And really there had to be a grain of truth in that. Even today when I look at the old pictures, especially the group ones on which I am standing and posing for the photo with my friends and classmates, it can easily be noticed that I am at least twenty centimeters taller than anyone else. That was my handicap, if I could name it like that. Many people already saw me on the floors of NBA one day in the future. But everything went other way. I started with football and that was my passion. I got to a big club, which was even quite popular in our region. Thanks to the coach I became one of the best in the city. Unfortunately my career had to cease after suffering a bad injury to my calf. Everything that was left then for me was body building, which had always seemed attractive to me too. Years go by and I still regularly visit the gym. I have never used any supplements of diet, nor any creatine and things like that. I believe that it is the best idea to do everything just according to nature. But today I notice that my capacities are getting smaller with time. Maybe I should try creatine? After all, creatine is just a product available for everyone in shops.
