Sometimes you don^t have to like the people you are working with in order to create a good team. Do you agree with me? I mean even if you have different opinion about various subjects you can still work together and create things that you both like. That is something I have learned some time ago and I am really happy that I have accepted this fact as thanks to it I can be a better worker and person. It all started with the new manager that we have in our company. I don^t really like him but I had to work with him as you can imagine. I have told him openly that I don^t like him but it won^t be a problem as far as work is concerned. I don^t like him because some of his ideas are stupid to me. For example, recently he have decided to create cot beds exhibition in order to promote them among our clients. They weren^t really interested in buying them before and that is why I thought that it would be a good idea to promote it somehow. But his way of promoting is not convincing to me. I mean, would you come to see cot beds exhibition? I don^t think so. People don^t want to see something like that and thus they won^t buy it. It is as simple as that. He doesn^t understand it obviously.
