Naruto Webisodes
Webisodes are popular on the Internet these days. They are sometimes extensions of television shows and movies, and sometimes they are original creations that showcase an actor or a product. Webisodes are unique because they can be interactive by pausing and asking viewers to point and click for the webisode to continue. Another bonus feature of a webisode is that viewers can usually rate the webisode and post comments about the webisode for others to see. Webisodes are usually quite small-scale, but this one has appearances by two major characters (Tigh and Tyrol) and three supporting characters (including the ever-popular Cally) already established in the series itself.
Webisodes are used to promote a product, preview music, deliver news events and present all sorts of information. Flash animation is often used for Webisodes. Webisodes are an invention of the present. The loading of mini-video clips over the internet have made such sites as myspace.com and youtube.com become another form of reality TV. Webisodes are series of mini-documentaries highlighting life as an engineering student at USC. Starting in Fall 2007 we are filming year-round attempting to show different aspects of student life and anything engineering related.
Webisodes are also instrumental to online gaming companies promoting current games and building hype for upcoming releases. Like movie trailers, webisodes can whet the appetite of the gaming community. Webisodes are basically an 'online-only' series (video or animated). In the case of Eureka it follows a different storyline than the TV-Series and in this case it can only be viewed in the US (possibly Canada too).
Webisodes are Flash animated spots, where "Pistol Pete Madigan ", a digital personality, engages viewers with his wit and satirical style as he explores the humorous side of men's issues. Schick is hoping to get positive results from the campaign viral effect. Webisodes are used to promote a product, preview music, deliver news events and present all sorts of information.
